Streamex gets Nasdaq notice over $1 minimum bid rule

Nasdaq notified Streamex that it is not in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) after 30 consecutive business days below the threshold. The company has until April 5, 2027 to regain compliance.
