Quantum Cyber enters $100 million sales agreement

Quantum Cyber N.V. entered into a sales agreement with Titan Partners Securities for an at-the-market offering of up to $100 million of ordinary shares. The company said it may use proceeds for capital expenditures, software development, expansion and general corporate purposes.
