Fitch affirms Levallois at A+ and withdraws ratings

Fitch affirmed the City of Levallois' long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings at A+ with stable outlooks, then withdrew the ratings for commercial reasons. The agency said there was no material change in the city’s key rating drivers since its previous review.
