Abbisko enters strategic research collaboration and license agreement with Lilly, eligible for up to $1.9B in milestones
Will conduct discovery and early development activities for novel drug programs directed against disease targets selected by Lilly. - Will receive an upfront payment and is eligible for development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments totaling up to approximately $1.9B, plus tiered royalties based on annual net sales of products arising from the collaboration. - Abbisko and Lilly previously entered a global collaboration and exclusive license agreement in 2022 to collaborate on the discovery, development and potential commercialization of a novel small-molecule therapeutic.
