Live Nation files 8-K on new senior notes offering

Live Nation said it priced $730 million of senior notes due 2032 and €600 million of senior notes due 2032 in a private offering. The company plans to use the proceeds to redeem its 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027 and for general corporate purposes.
