Xcel Energy unit files Minnesota rate stability plan

Northern States Power Company Minnesota filed an Electric Customer Rate Stability Plan with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission as an alternative to a planned rate case filing. The proposal calls for a customer base rate freeze in 2027 and 2028 and seeks a decision by January 2027.
