i3 Verticals amends credit agreement, raises revolver to $350 million

i3 Verticals disclosed an amended and restated credit agreement that provides for aggregate commitments of $350 million under a senior secured revolving facility. The company said the agreement can support working capital, capital expenditures and other lawful corporate purposes.
