Arcus Biosciences grants inducement awards to new employees

Arcus Biosciences said its compensation committee granted two new employees options to buy 9,150 shares at $23.83 each and restricted stock units for 4,600 shares. The awards were made under the company’s 2020 Inducement Plan.
