McGraw Hill closes $400 million note offering

McGraw Hill completed a previously announced private offering of $400 million of 8.000% senior secured notes due 2033. Proceeds, together with borrowings under an amended term loan facility, were used to redeem 2028 notes and refinance existing debt.
