Fluence Energy files 8-K on executive separation

Fluence Energy said former Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer Peter Williams entered a separation agreement and release of claims. The filing says he will receive cash, accelerated vesting of RSUs and PSUs, and COBRA reimbursement if he meets the agreement conditions.
