Ashford Hospitality reports hotel sale in SEC filing

Ashford Hospitality Trust said its subsidiary completed the sale of the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Hotel on Oct. 6 for about $26.0 million in cash, subject to customary prorations and adjustments.
