Evernorth Holdings files 8-K on charter and bylaws

Evernorth Holdings said its board and stockholders approved its Pubco Charter, which became effective when filed with the Nevada Secretary of State on Oct. 9. The company also approved Pubco bylaws that became effective the same day.
