XMax to acquire Hexa Creation for $4.12 million

XMax entered a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Hexa Creation for $4,123,711.34, with $2.0 million plus $61,855.67 paid around closing and the remaining amounts due by Dec 31, 2027.
