Financial Results Revenue Consolidated revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 were $7.82 million compared to $7.83 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Net Income The Company reported net income of $1.27 million, or $0.16 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended August 31, 2026, compared to net income of $749,000, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended August 31, 2025.
