CrowdStrike urges stockholders to reject Tutanota mini-tender

CrowdStrike said it received notice of an unsolicited mini-tender offer from Tutanota LLC to buy up to 500,000 shares of CrowdStrike common stock, and the company recommended stockholders reject the offer.
