Greystone Housing Impact files Form 8-K on board changes

Greystone Housing Impact Investors said W. Kimball Griffith retired from the board of its manager effective Oct. 9, 2026. The company also appointed Robert K. Jacobsen to the Audit Committee as a third independent member.
