Innovate amends 9.5% 2027 convertible notes for 100% redemption

Innovate entered a supplemental indenture amending its 9.5% Convertible Senior Secured Notes due 2027 to require redemption of all notes at 100% of principal plus accrued interest on the 15th business day after the DBMG stock lock-up expires.
