Phoenix Education names interim CFO after Westblom exit

Phoenix Education Partners said Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Blair Westblom will leave the company effective Oct. 10, and the board appointed Michael Cochran interim CFO effective the same day. The company also disclosed a separation agreement that includes cash severance, a fiscal 2026 bonus and accelerated vesting of some equity awards.
