J-Star plans Texas UAV frame plant

J-Star said ongoing capital initiatives, including its Form F-3 shelf, are intended to fund a planned automated carbon fiber UAV frame facility in Houston, supported by R&D from a Japan-based Tier-1 carbon fiber supplier.
