Pulse Biosciences grants inducement awards to two new employees

Pulse Biosciences said its compensation committee approved inducement equity awards for two new employees outside the company’s 2017 equity incentive plan. The awards cover options to buy 5,700 shares at $49.98 each and vest over four years.
