Bank7 says Century merger approved by shareholders

Century Financial Services shareholders approved the merger agreement with Bank7 Corp., and Bank7 said it has received regulatory approval or non-objection from the Federal Reserve and New Mexico regulators. The company expects the merger to close on or about November 1, 2026, subject to remaining closing conditions.
