Fitch rates KKR CLO 46 reset transaction

Fitch assigned ratings and rating outlooks to the KKR CLO 46 Ltd. reset transaction. The deal will refinance on Oct. 9, 2026, and finance about $400 million of primarily first-lien senior secured leveraged loans.
