TruGolf completes Polymath acquisition and names new CFO/COO

TruGolf says it completed the acquisition of Polymath (Polymesh Layer-1) and that Natalie Hirsch will serve as CFO and COO. The company also reports a $2.95 million warrant exercise supporting its cash position.
