TruGolf completes Polymath acquisition

TruGolf said it closed its acquisition of Polymath Research, bringing Polymesh and tokenization infrastructure into the Nasdaq-listed company. The company also named Natalie Hirsch CFO and COO and said a $2.95 million warrant exercise strengthened cash.
