Trump says Russia agreed diesel shipments over 300,000 tons
Says Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 tons of diesel to the American and global marketplace, plus additional shipments of 500,000 tons in November and 1,000,000 tons thereafter, with up to 3,000,000 tons delivered within a short period depending on refinery conditions.
Trump said he had a highly successful discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying Russia agreed to immediately supply over 300000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and global marketplace, with another 500000 Tons during November and 1000000 Tons thereafter. He said Russia would then deliver 3000000 Tons of Diesel Fuel within a short period of time, based on the condition of its diesel refineries. Trump said diesel prices for Americans and the world would come down in record numbers and fast, citing total control of the Strait of Hormuz and the Russian energy announcement.
He added that lower prices for Americans, especially farmers, ranchers and truckers, were his greatest priority and called it a very big and important announcement. Trump also said Iran will not have a nuclear weapon.
