Lunai Bioworks files 8-K seeking Nasdaq trading suspension

Lunai Bioworks said it filed an 8-K asking Nasdaq to immediately suspend trading in its common stock while the exchange and regulators review trading records tied to pending litigation. The company said the request does not itself halt trading and Nasdaq has not decided whether to act.
