Art's Way Manufacturing files 8-K on $956,000 term loan

Art's-Way Manufacturing said it entered into a $956,000 term loan with Bank Midwest on Oct. 5 to buy a new fiberoptic laser and crane system for its agricultural products segment. The loan carries 6.65% interest for the first 60 payments, then one-month SOFR plus 3.1% for the remaining 120 payments.
