Iveco Group welcomes higher offer price in takeover bid
Iveco Group said it has taken note of the increase in the voluntary total tender offer for all its common shares to 14.40 euros from 14.10 euros per share. The company said its board supports the offer and recommended shareholders vote for related resolutions at an Oct. 16 extraordinary meeting.
