Calviks issues SEK 650M senior secured bonds and tenders notes

Calviks AB issued new senior secured bonds of SEK 650M at STIBOR 3m +8.0% with a 3-year tenor, and plans to repurchase SEK 283.75M of outstanding bonds via tender and redeem remaining notes on 4 Nov 2026, subject to proceeds.
