Cygnus sets second court hearing for acquisition scheme

Cygnus said the Supreme Court of Western Australia will hear its application on Oct. 14 for approval of the scheme under which Central Asia Metals will acquire all of Cygnus shares. The company also reminded eligible shareholders about holding New CAML shares in a CREST account to trade them electronically on AIM.
