Litgrid AB board chair Varneckas to resign Oct. 30

Litgrid AB said Board Chair Tomas Varneckas will resign effective 30 Oct 2026 and will also step down from roles at EPSO-G Group and EPSO-G Invest. The company will select a new board member to serve until 30 Apr 2028.
