TruGolf Holdings files 8-K on director and CFO changes

TruGolf Holdings said director Humphrey Polanen resigned effective Oct. 8 and David Hackett was appointed to the board. The company also named Natalie Hirsch chief financial officer and chief operating officer and moved Steven Passey to vice president of finance for its golf division.
