PNC to redeem $1.25B 6.615% senior notes due Oct. 20, 2027

PNC said it will redeem all outstanding 6.615% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Notes due Oct. 20, 2027 on Oct. 20, 2026. The redemption price is 100% of principal plus accrued, unpaid interest through the redemption date.
