Tesla shares rise after Musk asserts control of Terafab chip project

Tesla shares were up 1% in premarket trading at $379, while S&P 500 futures rose 0.3% and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were flat, after Elon Musk clarified ownership and operation of his Terafab chip project.
