Stride files 8-K on cooperation agreement, board changes

Stride said it entered a cooperation agreement, appointed Mr. Haggart to its board and named Dr. Guttentag as board observer. The company also formed a Capital Allocation Committee and said it expects to announce a target capital structure after the committee’s initial review.
