Ajmera Realty reports Q2FY27 pre-sales up 54% QoQ
Ajmera Realty and Infra India reported Q2FY27 pre-sales of ₹224 crore, up 54% QoQ from ₹146 crore, with collections rising to ₹190 crore.
Ajmera Realty and Infra India Ltd on Friday (October 9) reported pre-sales of ₹224 crore in Q2FY27, up 54% quarter-on-quarter from ₹146 crore in Q1FY27. Collections increased 10% sequentially to ₹190 crore from ₹173 crore. The real estate developer recorded sales of 72,883 square feet of carpet area during the period.
