Marwynn Holdings files 8-K on evaluation pact

Marwynn Holdings said it entered a memorandum of understanding with OmniX Technologies to evaluate potential cooperation in AI and high-performance computing, RWA infrastructure, and related market development matters. The filing says the MOU is largely nonbinding and does not commit either party to a transaction.
