GlobalFoundries unveils FDX Fusion platform roadmap

GlobalFoundries said it plans to commence manufacturing its FDX Fusion FD-SOI technology in Dresden in 2028. The company said the platform is designed for Physical AI applications and early customer evaluation is targeted for early 2027.
