Quince Therapeutics to rename company, change Nasdaq symbol

Quince Therapeutics said it will change its name to IRulya Therapeutics Inc. effective Oct. 9, 2026. The stock is expected to move to Nasdaq Capital Market and trade under symbol IRLA on Oct. 12.
