Quince Therapeutics names new CEO and CFO

Quince Therapeutics said its board appointed Brigette Roberts as chief executive officer and John Militello as chief financial officer, effective October 8, 2026. Dirk Thye resigned as CEO, chief medical officer and a director, and Brendan Hannah resigned from several officer roles.
