Fitch assigns ContiTech expected IDR, outlook positive

Fitch assigned LSF13 Constantine Acquisition GmbH an expected long-term issuer default rating of B+(EXP) with a positive outlook. It also assigned the senior secured debt an expected BB-(EXP) rating.
