Pebblebrook completes $10 million sale of Portland hotel

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust said it completed the sale of The Hotel Zags in Portland, Oregon, for $10.0 million to a third party. The company said it expects to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including possible share repurchases.
