Core Critical Metals Corp. gets final court approval for two spinco plan

Core Critical Metals Corp. (CCMC) received final court approval for a plan of arrangement to spin out Senneville to Spinco1 and Timmins Nickel to Spinco2, with a record date of Oct. 8, 2026 and effective date of Oct. 9. New CCMC shares are expected to trade Oct. 14 on TSXV; Spinco shares are not listed.
