Sagimet to present positive 52-week Phase 3 extension results from Ascletis

Sagimet says license partner Ascletis will present positive full 52-week results from its Phase 3 open-label extension clinical trial of denifanstat in acne, along with mechanistic data, at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference.
