Prisma Properties agrees forward purchase of €7.7M Finnish retail property

Prisma Properties agreed a forward purchase of a fully let 4,900 sqm retail asset in Pietarsaari, Finland, based on an underlying value of €7.7M. Completion and closing are scheduled for September 2027.
