Cybersecurity startup funding rises to $12.7 billion

Cybersecurity startups raised about $5.26 billion globally in the third quarter, nearly double the prior quarter and up 78% from a year earlier. Year-to-date funding reached $12.7 billion, the highest January-through-September total since Pinpoint Search Group began tracking in 2020.
