Skanska wins USD 136M northeast US railroad contract

STOCKHOLM, Oct. 9, 2026 // -- Skanska has signed a contract with a public client for a railroad improvement project in northeast USA. The contract is worth USD 136M, about SEK 1.3 billion, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026. Work has begun and the project is expected to be completed in December 2029.
