Quantisimo signs merger deal with GigCapital8

Quantisimo said it entered a definitive merger agreement with GigCapital8 to form a Nasdaq-listed holding company expected to trade under the symbol QSMO. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to shareholder approval and other customary conditions.
