ICE officer shoots man in New York City, mayor says

A federal immigration officer shot a person in New York City, according to Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who said early reports involve a five-year-old child in the car. Mamdani said the child was physically unharmed and the injured person is conscious and in hospital.
