Crested Butte luxury homes defy broader ski-town slowdown

Luxury home prices in the Crested Butte area are continuing to rise even as many western ski markets cool. Local agents said the median sale price in the upper Gunnison Valley is about $1.23 million, up 23% from a year earlier.
